Description

Answering calls from customers assisting them with pricing, ordering, marketing questions, technical support, and RMAs. Transfers calls to correct person or department. Assists customer in ordering supplies and marketing materials Handles customers questions and complaints Processes Sales Orders in ACT in a timely manner. Helps ensure that escalated issues are transferred to Customer Development Lead and handled in a timely manner. Performs out-bound telephone calls to promote current specials and provide customers with the latest product information. Attends weekly Customer Development meeting in regard to updates and continuing education. Calls customers that have credit card/payment issues to help resolve them and assure that the customer receives their shipments in a timely manner. Processes all orders that arrive by FAX and Email Informs customers of backorders and provides ETAs. Assists other departments with additional tasks when needed including filing, assembly of marketing materials, and shipping needs. HERES WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE ROLE: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ACT. Experience working in an office environment, can operate a multi-line phone, multi-function copier, and fax machine, scanner, printer, and computer. Interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Punctual and an exceptional communicator to employees and clients.
