WalkMe is expanding its' Customer Centric Innovation team. This is a rare opportunity to join a hyper-growth company and help develop the foundation and influence strategy.

The Customer Innovation Technical Team Lead is an engineer and leads junior engineers through the development of enterprise domain and industry specific DAP Solutions. They will lead by example, as well as oversee engineering deliverables to ensure that all requirements from the original designs are met in the final product. Responsible for overseeing best practices, design practices, code/content reviews, quality testing to production, development assignments and reporting.

What You'll Own

• Run daily collaboration with development through standups for requirements, design, and continuous delivery
• Self-assign and develop content in alignment with other functions
• Manage the best practices to identify and commonize end-user experiences
• Document and manage development cycle best practices and playbooks for the team including; design patterns and templates across various technologies and/or business processes, high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility, and all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Approve final product before launch

What You'll Need to Succeed

• BS or above, Master's degree is preferred; major in computer science or related engineering fields
• Ability to develop and coach
• Ability to lead cross functional project team members
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Knowledge of WalkMe productsWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to digest complex issues, assess various options, and create recommended paths for solutions and services
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multi-functional teams and businesses dealing with software and hardware products
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics with senior leaders in an organization
• Demonstrated understanding of technical issues pertaining to enterprise scalability, economies of scale, and their impacts on total costs of ownership (TCO) in very large deployments.

Nice to Have

• 4+ years of solution and/or technical architecture experience across a range of technologies
• 3+ years of experience with large-scale modernization efforts involving enterprise applications
• TOGAF training or experience
• 2+ years of experience building with WalkMe Products

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $105,00 and $180,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
