Currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a position with a well established and growing company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of Customer Service leadership experience.



Responsibilities of the Customer Service Supervisor




  • Manage and oversee team of customer service agents

  • Achieve quality and efficiency targets through coaching

  • Maintain a positive, employee focused environment

  • Handle complex and escalated customer issues in a professional manner



Requirements of the Customer Service Supervisor




  • 3+ years of Customer Service leadership experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Desire to work in a team environment

  • Working knowledge of MS Office products



Compensation for the Customer Service Supervisor




  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
