Description

Premium slot player sign ups and servicing the high roller slot area. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude at all times. Have complete knowledge of all special events and promotional activities to guest. Telemarketing to recruit premium slot and table game customers into our VIP Island Gold program. Provide comps to players for Food and Beverage outlets and bar amenities. Assist guest with immediate service needs such as special events, escort service, promotions and assisting Casino Host with guest needs. Make and issue update Island Total Rewards player club cards. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. Other duties as assigned.MISCELLANEOUS Use of a computer and printer, telephone, voice mail system, photocopier, facsimile machine, and 10 key calculators. Two way radio, 35mm camera, and basic office equipment. Ability to read, speak clearly and hear. Able to read simple instructions, memos and reports. Ability to use a computer (typing 45 words per minute), AS-400 CMS System, Microsoft office and telephone. Basic mathematical functions. Knowledge of company's policies and procedures, Innkeepers law, gaming law and regulations. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment. QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One to two years of experience in customer service or clerical training. Casino background helpful. Valid gaming license by the state of Colorado and Alcohol Beverage Control Card.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Walking/Standing 95% Bending/Sitting 5% (from waist while standing)
