Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Life and Health Insurance License • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
